How will I know that my order was accepted?

After you have checked out your order successfully, an email order confirmation will be sent to the email address you have entered during checkout. Please make sure to have added our email addresses to your email safe list. Check your junk mail folder if you still haven't received any email confirmation from us as there is a high chance for all system-generated emails to be wrongly directed there.

What is your return policy?

We want to love your pling piece! And will gladly replace any item that is faulty* or is not what you originally ordered.

However, shipping fees are never refundable unless the mistake was on our part. If something is not right, email us immediately quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return and item replacement.

Please read the item descriptions carefully and feel free to ask us any questions you might have and we will try our best to answer them.

*Original, unworn condition with attached tag and package. This does not apply to items which have been altered to your specifications or earrings due to hygiene reasons.
